Seasons’ Greetings! Whether you are an existing customer or an occasional website visitor, we are very happy to have you on our blog today.

Throughout the year we endeavour to bring you useful information about SAP Business ByDesign and the benefits of Cloud ERP for business of all kinds.

Despite the uncertainty around Brexit we have been delighted to welcome many new customers on board. Some are totally new to Business ByDesign and others already use the solution – coming to us after hearing about the depth and breadth of our expertise.

We have had the pleasure of working with customers from many lines of business this year including; professional services, manufacturing, food, pharmaceuticals and finance – many of whom gathered at our user conference at the Royal Institution in Mayfair, London in the autumn.

As well has getting some practical hands on tips and advice we heard from Rainer Zinow – SAP’s Mr Business ByDesign who shared his thoughts about the future of the solution for our advent calendar.

You can hear what he had to say here.

When we work with customers the first thing we do is to sit down with them and find out about their business; what their plans are and what they want to the solution to deliver for them. We were delighted to record a chat with Jonathan Philips from Aspen Pumps about his plans which also featured on our advent calendar…you can hear it here…

Sometimes it’s the discipline of installing an ERP that really gets the company moving in the right direction which was the message I got when chatting to Alex Carter from Helios Towers.

And finally we couldn’t leave you without sharing a few more words from Rainer Zinow who has been working with In Cloud to get our customers the best from SAP ByDesign for 6 years now – we appreciate all his care and attention – here is what he thinks of us!

We hope you’ve enjoyed the year with us finding out more about SAP Business ByDesign and will join us again in January! Keep following In Cloud Solutions Blog for latest news on SAP Business ByDesign.
