Firstly, we are an SME ourselves – so we know the challenges facing you as you try to grow your company (we’ve probably had a few of them ourselves).
Secondly, this is all we sell and implement. And because of that, we do it really well.
Both founding partners of In Cloud Solutions have decades of experience working with SAP products, but have chosen to now focus purely on Business By Design – making us world class experts on its functionality, business uses and implementation. That gives you the reassurance that if you buy from us, you get the benefit of our expertise to ensure a smooth transition from your current processes. All our employees are SAP accredited making sure that you never have to deal with anyone who isn’t an expert in their field.
Caroline Atkinson
Caroline has over 24 years IT and Business Software experience making her a little grey behind the ears but always highly positive about the benefit organisations can gain from improving their business processes.
Caroline has worked with many of the main blue-chip companies, IBM, Siemens, HP and SAP. Predominately focusing on ERP software and focusing on SAP both on-premise and more recently cloud solutions. She is recognised by her peers as having in-depth knowledge of a company’s business processes and having the ability to map those processes to the right solution.
Through In Cloud Solutions she now specialises in providing best practice business processes to SMEs.
Liz Matraves
Liz is renowned especially in the SAP marketplace for gaining a deep understanding of a client’s requirements and working with them to implement against their business goals, on time and to budget; delivering clear value to clients.
She is particularly well versed, after 15 years of working within IT and Business Software for organisations such as SAP, Intalec and LyondellBasell, in delivering financial implementations; understanding the nuances of accounting rules and business operations and using that in-depth knowledge to benefit customers. Prior to this Liz worked as a financial analyst.
Liz believes fervently in delivering first-class customer support, not only during implementation but also any time a customer engages with In Cloud Solutions.
Liz & I saw a niche in the market and created In Cloud Solutions to deliver cost effective solutions in partnership with our customers. Our ethos is only to work with clients where our solutions are a great fit without the need for extensive customisation.
